Sea travel from Atimonan and Gumaca port to Alabat island, as well as from Real port to Polillo group of islands, has also been suspended.

The PCG-Southern Quezon cited Memorandum Circulars: HPCG MC 02-13 issued on June 5, 2013 titled “Guidelines on movement of vessels during heavy weather” that states “no vessel of any type or tonnage shall not be allowed to sail except to take shelter.” The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration , in its Tuesday 11 a.m. bulletin, said Amang was last located 270 km east of Virac, Catanduanes with maximum sustained winds of 55 kph and gustiness of up to 70 kph.

Tropical Wind Signal No. 1 remains hoisted in Catanduanes, Sorsogon, Albay, Camarines Sur, Camarines Norte, Quezon , including Pollilo Islands, Marinduque, and Masbate, including Ticao Island and Burias Island. The suspension order would be lifted, and sea travel for all types of crafts may be resumed any time when weather/sea conditions permit as may be declared by Pagasa.
