A woman with an intense passion for cleanliness helps a man facing an overwhelming mess in his home.
Louise, a 32-year-old from Darwen, dedicates up to 30 hours a week to maintaining a spotless home, even wiping down her kitchen worktops multiple times a day. Her obsession with cleanliness was featured on Channel 4's Obsessive Compulsive Cleaners in 2013, where she shared her unique cleaning methods, such as using buffing socks to make floors shine and her minimalist approach to home decor.
Louise's drive to clean extends to her daughter's belongings, sorting through them for donations and discarding those that go unmissed. Her husband, Luke, finds her obsession challenging but hopes it won't worsen. The episode also follows Louise as she helps 65-year-old Tim, a cleaner at a holiday camp, declutter his Portsmouth home. Tim's house, despite his profession, was overwhelmed with clutter, with Tim admitting to not having done laundry in four months and feeling overwhelmed by the mess.
