Kyle Sandilands has broken down during the Kyle & Jackie O show after revealing that someone in his own family was attacked by knifeman Joel Cauchi during his deadly rampage at Westfield Bondi Junction on Saturday.
Sandilands said that Wineberg was stabbed in the shoulder as he discussed the stabbing spree with co-host Jackie “O” Henderson and newsreader Brooklyn Ross on Monday. “So, we were watching it on TV, and saw one of our family members was involved and carted off to hospital.” “He said, ‘If I don’t get to her, she’s losing too much blood, she’s going to die, let me out of Myer,’” he said.Police pictured at the crime scene at Bondi Junction, the site of a stabbing attack on Saturday afternoon.
