The struggling Scottish League Two side revealed at a board meeting in August that the side were facing 'significant' financial woes with £200,000 needed to address the deficit.
Clyde FC has launched a desperate bid to raise £55,000 as bosses have warned that the club is in 'serious trouble'.
Officials have so far managed to raise £135,000 including a recent donation of £15,000 from supporters. However, they say that a credible late intervention to bridge that gap fell through - forcing the side to launch a crowdfunding appeal.
