Allan says it has been a great week, watching Falkirk win League One and scoring the goal that might keep Clyde in League Two
Falkirk loan striker Jordan Allan watched his club romp to the League One title, and wants to make sure Clyde stay in League Two.
And Allan intends to repay the club that gave him the chance to earn a move to Falkirk in the first place, as 10 goals in 28 games last season saw him move to the Bairns in January 2023.He said: “It has been a good week! I’m still in at Falkirk training, so everybody is on a high, and I was hoping to carry that on into Saturday, so I’m absolutely delighted to get the goal.
“I came here to keep the club where they should be, because they’re a massive club and shouldn’t be there in the first place.Allan changed his boots just after the hour-mark and it seemed to work as he netted the winner. “But in the second half we were on top, I had a couple of chances and a couple of half-chances with the other lads as well, and I’m just glad to get the goal.”
