Pieper claimed the District 26-5A title this season after winning its last 16 games. Q: What made you want to leave Stevens in May 2021 to come coach at Pieper? A: “When this opportunity opened up, I jumped ship and came over here as quickly as possible.
Not what is best for you, but what is the best option? And I've been really trying to train them to be smart soccer players to where they know in this moment: What are my choices? What's the best choice that I need to make to execute? Is it the extra pass, or is it the shot in that moment? And if you look at our stat lines just from our players alone, our number one goal scorer, Jaxon Shaffer, is sitting on eight assists with 14 goals. My second player is Owen Harris.
