Sip Sin originated from the owners 'frustrations' with many cocktail bars
Sip Sin, located in Liverpool city centre, will open next week. Owner Heather Garlick said she decided to open the venue after she was frustrated with the offerings of many bars.
“We’ve come such a long way since the nasty alcohol free beer that tasted of biscuits doing the rounds about ten years ago. But for some reason lots of venues are slow catching up.” SipSin will therefore specialise in low and no alcohol drinks. The new space will have a full range of draught alcohol free beers from up and coming breweries like Big Drop, sitting alongside dark beers, ciders and other options. Those who fancy a glass of low alcohol wine might choose from Wednesday’s Domaine or French Bloom, while those looking to indulge will find a full cocktail list to peruse.
SipSin also has full alcohol options, as well as a range of reduced alcohol and alcohol-free beers, wines and cocktails. Heather added: “It’s about giving more choice, not less.
