CODA's Siân Heder is tapped to helm an adaption of Tomorrow, and Tomorrow, and Tomorrow for Paramount Pictures.
“On a bitter-cold day, in the December of his junior year at Harvard, Sam Masur exits a subway car and sees, amid the hordes of people waiting on the platform, Sadie Green,” the description of the book reads. “He calls her name. For a moment, she pretends she hasn’t heard him, but then, she turns, and a game begins: a legendary collaboration that will launch them to stardom.
Published in 2022, Tomorrow, and Tomorrow, and Tomorrow spent over 50 weeks on the New York Times best-seller list. According to Deadline, the novel has sold over 2.8 million copies worldwide. Casting information for the Tomorrow, and Tomorrow, and Tomorrow movie has not yet been announced. A release date has not yet been set.
Along with 2021’s CODA, which won Best Picture at the 94th Academy Awards, Heder wrote 2016’s Men of a Certain Age and 2016’s Tallulah, the latter of which she also directed.
