Cold Weather Payment and UK weather rules as temperatures set to dip below zero
Struggling families will be left contemplating whether to turn on the heating as temperatures drop this winter.
The Cold Weather Payment runs each year from November 1 to March 31 - this scheme has been in place for a number of years even before the current living and energy crises.
