Fans are living in hope that the band will perform in Liverpool
Coldplay recently added more dates to their Music Of The Spheres World Tour in 2025. The tour initially bypassed the UK but today, September 17, eight new dates have been added for Hull's Craven Park Stadium and London's Wembley Stadium. Promoters have stated these new dates will be the only UK/European shows Coldplay will play in 2025 but fans think otherwise. Recently, a passenger spotted a mysterious message many linked to the band on the 20.
So far, one show has been confirmed for Tuesday, June 24, 2025, with tickets available on pre-sale tomorrow. Everton’s director of technology, Phil Davies, confirmed the upcoming 52,888-capacity stadium will have the potential to hold live music and gigs. However, given the stadium's operational infancy at the time Coldplay are in the UK, the band may opt for Anfield Stadium instead. Anfield Stadium is more than capable of delivering a Coldplay concert.
