Coleen Rooney won't be moving to Plymouth with the children following her husband Wayne Rooney 's new job. It comes after the former professional footballer, 38, was announced as the new head coach of Plymouth Argyle with hopes of getting them "closer to the Premier League".
"I think my children, my eldest son is at a really important stage of his life, football as well as school." He continued: "Of course you miss them but this is my job, this is what I want to do, so you have to sacrifice certain things in order to be the best you can be. This is Wayne's first role since he was sacked by Birmingham City earlier this year in January after being in charge for 83 days. He added during the press conference at Home Park: "I think for my job, school work and the football at home as well is the most important thing.
