Fabian Nicieza: He was a staff editor and historically, editors have not been credited or compensated for creative contributions done as part of their job. Period. He can verbally claim co-creator status all he wants and I wouldn't begrudge that based on his contributions, but it shouldn't be acknowledged or compensated by the company as such.
