Queensland Premier Annastacia Palaszczuk says she is “absolutely committed” to her job as Premier of the state and will be standing firm in her role. During a press conference on Monday, Ms Palaszczuk said she is “the best person” for the job saying she has “policy plans” for the state. The Queensland Premier said she is “determined to lead” the Labor party and the government “to the next election.” “You’ve heard me say it – I’ll say it again – Queensland’s best days are just ahead of us,” she said. “We’ve got the strongest economy in the nation, we’ve got our renewable energy and jobs plan.”
