A man has claimed to have found the key to cooking the 'juiciest chicken breast you've ever had' - and all you'll need is one thing you probably already have in your kitchen cupboards

But there's one thing you can do to up your chicken cooking game. A viral TikTok video suggests that adding just one common kitchen ingredient to your marinade can make all the difference. The man in the clip specifically used "a few easy spices, yoghurt, and lemon juice" to prepare the marinade for his chicken.
The importance of cooking the chicken on medium heat under a lidded pan was highlighted by the culinary enthusiast, who recommended three minutes on one side and seven minutes after flipping it.
