The event was a success despite the rain🌧️
Kaytie Lilley, 43, Founder of Make Do and Grow, said:"I love this event and we have been a part of it for the past five years that we have been based in Govan.
"It's amazing because all of the community organisations, housing associations, everybody pulls together and gives their own time and resources into making this community event, which is about celebrating the community that we work in. "We are all passionate about Govan, community work and the people who live here. I just love how everyone comes together in an idea of lifting the perceptions, the feel of the place and making people feel they are a part of something wonderful."Acoustic Stage
Caroline Spalding, 60, co-founder of Menopause Warriors, said:"Today, we decided to come along because we do a podcast with Sunny Govan and we are hoping to get the word out there about menopause. "With the weather, it has not been great but we had a lovely time, we had so many ladies coming up to us and asking."
