Two CCTV images have been released of two men police wish to speak to in connection with a brutal mugging The victim was targeted in broad daylight at West India Quay station, near Canary Wharf in the Docklands.One took out a flick knife, punched the man in the head and then stabbed him in his upper arm before snatching his hat and bag.
The thieves fled on their bikes while the victim was rushed to hospital for treatment.CCTV images of two men police wish to speak to as part of the investigation have been released by detectives.A British Transport Police spokesman said: ‘Officers investigating a stabbing at West India Quay DLR station have released CCTV images.‘They engaged in a brief conversation before one of the men pulled out a flick knife, demanding his belongings.
