Sky News Australia contributor Kosha Gada says the “concept of free speech” is being questioned after MP Michelle Rowland warned Twitter of hateful content in the lead up to the Voice to Parliament referendum.
“The power and rule of big tech in suppressing stories or amplifying other stories and their relationship with government is the battle of the century,” Ms Gada told Sky News host Rita Panahi.
“They are coming into the issues of the day and really do have influence…on shaping how the public thinks about these issues.”
