Investigations remain ongoing
Residents off a busy road in Nottingham have been left 'scared' after a man was found dead in a garage. Emergency services were called to an address in Holden Street, Radford, just off Alfreton Road, at 1.15am on Sunday, March 17.
"Everyone here has children so it's scary. I thought it was just someone who was walking down the street causing trouble, I didn't imagine that a body was found." "I guess it's somewhat of a relief that the death isn't treated as suspicious but it's still not nice to know someone was found dead so close to your home," she said. Another woman, who lives on a neighbouring street and wished to keep her identity private, said the area is usually quiet and that the incident came as a shock.
"It usually quiet around here, that's why I like it. It's very nice and out of the way but still quite central. It's near enough to everything without being in the middle of it all."
