A Belfast man convicted of sexually assaulting a mother and her teenage daughter has returned to live in a house opposite them.
However, since the man's conviction, he has returned to living on the same street as his victims and is in a property directly opposite their home. "Over the past year our lives have been hell as a result of his actions, which have had a devastating impact on our mental health, particularly my daughter's who has developed severe anxiety and depression and begun to self-harm regularly.
"I just cannot understand how this man has been allowed to live here considering everything that he has done to us."
