Dozens of people are opposing plans to build the new homes in Cheltenham.
Local residents have said they are worried about a proposal for 122 new homes which they say could "cause havoc".
One resident said: “Public access is already very difficult and very congested. Parking is also at a premium on all the surrounding streets and roads." The site is owned by the university, which previously used the greenfield site for British Universities and Colleges Sport fixtures.
