Conor McGregor has 'submitted' his first official offer to buy Chelsea after the asking price was announced... 👀
Conor McGregor has made Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich a cheeky half-price 'offer' to buy the Premier League club.
Russian billionaire Abramovich has announced his intention to sell Chelsea, reportedly slapping a £3bn price-tag on the club he has owned since 2003.AdvertMcGregor has now doubled down on his claims, tweeting:"I hereby put forward my offer of £1.5bn”, in response to a news story of Abramovich’s reported asking price.
Earlier this week, Manchester United fan McGregor posted a tongue-in-cheek tweet, in which he can be seen responding to a message reading:"Chelsea for sale, £3bn. Let's buy it". He posted an image of the exchange to Twitter, alongside the caption:"I wish to explore this @ChelseaFC."
