A controversial portrait removed from circulation at the request of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II has been found at a gallery in the Lake District .

On unpacking the delivery of eight original pieces of art from internationally renowned artist, Illuminati, gallery owner Dawn Titherington discovered the rare piece. “The Queen herself thought that it was a ‘hoot’ but asked for the tattoo to be changed, which of course I did.”
