Winnie the Pooh will appear in a pre-recorded sketch giving hope to fans who want to see a reprise of the late Queen's tea with Paddington Bear.
The event, to, will take place in the grounds of Windsor Castle to round off the weekend's proceedings and is expected to be attended by 20,000 people.
The Top Gun star has enjoyed a long-standing relationship with the Royal Family, having taken part in last year's Platinum Jubilee celebrations, and has been frequently seen with the Prince and Princess of Wales.The inclusion of beloved literary figure Winnie the Pooh suggests that there might be a moment of magic to match the late Queen sharing tea with Paddington Bear at the Platinum Party At The Palace.
Music will come from act such as Paloma Faith, Olly Murs, veteran rock guitarist Steve Winwood, Nicole Scherzinger of The Pussycat Dolls and Chinese pianist Lang Lang.Take That - minus Robbie Williams and Jason Orange - will perform at the Coronation ConcertTake That, Katy Perry and Lionel Richie will also perform at the event, which will be broadcast on BBC TV and radio, as well as classical acts including Andrea Bocelli and Welsh bass-baritone Sir Bryn Terfel.
