Coronation Street fans believe they have worked out a theory involving Bethany Platt
Coronation Street enthusiasts reckon they've cracked a storyline twist involving Bethany Platt . Viewers will recall that the character made a dramatic return to the famous cobbles at the close of 2023 following a three-year hiatus. Upon her return, Bethany quickly rekindled her old romance with Daniel Osbourne , much to the dismay of his former fiancee Daisy Midgeley . During this period, Daisy had recently cheated on Daniel with Ryan Connor .
Beth Tinker , whose son Craig works alongside Kit at the police station, recently caught Kit in the act of working with Sid, who was selling counterfeit T-shirts that Beth had designed. Beth accused Kit of being corrupt, claiming she had found out he wasn't as honest as he'd made himself out to be. With his career potentially on the line, Kit blackmailed Beth on Wednesday night, threatening her to leave the cobbles for good. But Beth isn't the only one suspicious of Kit.
