CoronationStreet fans 'work out' Phill and Maria affair twist on ITV soap
Coronation Street fans think there could be an affair twist coming up on the cobbles between Phill Whittaker and Maria Connor.
Celebrating the good news, Maria, who is with Gary Windass, offered to buy Phill and his partner Fiz Stape a drink as she declared: "Your fella is a hero, honestly, you are Phill!" Another follower wrote: "I think Maria will try and steal Phil from Fizz or Phil will try to seduce Maria. #Corrie #CoronationStreet @itvcorrie."
During the latest instalment, Adam was left devastated as his wife Sarah said she wanted a divorce after Lydia pretended that she was having an affair with the solicitor. During the confrontation, Lydia revealed why she was out for revenge, reminding Adam that he cheated on her at least three times as well as telling her to "get rid of it" when she discovered she was pregnant aged 19.
