Corrie’s Rosie Webster said goodbye to the cobbles in 2018 - now actress Helen Flanagan has teased she could be heading back
A beloved Coronation Street star has teased her return to the soap - but she has one condition. Rosie Webster, played by Helen Flanagan, made her debut on the cobbles back in 2000, aged just nine, and she quickly became a fan favourite. Over the years, viewers watched her grow up on the long-running programme as Sally and Kevin’s rebellious daughter. Helen also played a big part in several memorable storylines - from affairs to fall-outs, her time in Weatherfield was not short of drama.
On Thursday , Helen appeared on Loose Women - where she was reunited with her on-screen mum Sally Dynevor, who plays Sally Metcalfe in Corrie. Helen - who now is a mum to Matilda, seven, Delilah, five, and Charlie, two - was soon quizzed about whether she would head back to the soap - and it turns out she would, but on one condition. 'I would love Rosie to go back especially if she was mum so she could dump the kids on Sally.
