Former ITV soap star Debra Stephenson is set to make a huge comeback as she joins the BBC comedy show.
Former Coronation Street star Debra Stephenson has been confirmed to have signed up for the latest series of Mrs Brown's Boys.
The Daily Star has even speculated Debra could be becoming a more permanent part of the iconic family, with viewers wondering if she might actually turn out to be Cathy's half-sister. A source told the Daily Star: "Debra is perfect for Mrs Brown’s Boys because she is brilliant at comedy. Producers are confident viewers are going to absolutely love her."
Four new episodes are set to be broadcasted on both BBC One and iPlayer next month. The show, which is filmed at the BBC Scotland studios, started as a radio comedy before moving to the stage and finally hitting TV screens in 2011.
