The scenes will see Shona being held hostage by her son Clayton as he desperately tries to avoid being sent back to prison after escaping. Viewers will watch in horror as Shona is stabbed by her evil son and lays dying in David Platt's arms, in the same way his late wife Kylie did when Clayton stabbed her.

Callum added: "The place is a mess honestly, it stinks, the place is horrible.
