He was diagnosed with motor neurone disease this year
Viewers of the ITV soap will know that Paul Foreman was diagnosed with motor neurone disease earlier this year. After being told by his neurologist that he has MND, Paul begged her to tell him how long he will live.
The neurologist admitted that, although it can vary from person to person, most people live for less than three years after a diagnosis. This has left Corrie fans wondering when he will be leaving the cobbles for good. Viewers on X formerly known as Twitter said: “Oh no Paul is getting much worse” while another added: “Paul not swallowing properly ”.
Coronation Street fans also on X believe they’ve worked out what date Paul’s exit will be from the cobbles. One user said: “Paul is going to die on Christmas Day isn’t he! This is where the whole storyline is going to end. I’m sure of it.” A second commented: “I have a feeling Christmas Day will be emotional.
