England’s Chief Medical Officer tonight issued a stark warning thatChris Whitty warned the vast range of lockdown changes from July 4 will be a “balance of risk”, saying: “It is not risk free - absolutely not risk free. Nobody thinks it is.”He added: “We may at some point say that particular bit of the decisions that were taken is too much of a risk with the benefit of hindsight, and we have to go back on it.
