Outdoor playgrounds, outdoor gyms, funfairs, theme parks and adventure parks and activities can reopen. There will be a"one-metre-plus" rule, where people will be advised to keep 2m apart where possible, but where it is not, they should keep one metre plus. In Wales, the number of daily deaths fell below the five-year average for the first time in three months.
