Shops 'shouldn't open' unless they can guarantee safety, retail bosses say
Britain’s high streets have suffered their biggest decline in footfall on record as the coronavirus lockdown leaves retailers fighting to say afloat.Figures released by Springboard show shopping centres and high streets were worst hit with footfall dropping as much as 85pc.
