While the surge of coronavirus cases outside China have triggered global falls in stock markets, the World Health Organisation has today praised China's actions, particularly in the city of Wuhan, the centre of the outbreak."The world is in your debt," Bruce Aylward the head of the WHO delegation in China said in Beijing, addressing the people of Wuhan.
"The people of that city have gone through an extraordinary period and they're still going through it."
