Jo Wimble-Groves says the lockdown has shown remote working is possible on a far wider scale than many companies thought.
However, for others, including myself, the last few weeks have been a huge shift.
Nor am I alone in feeling like this. The lockdown has left many people feeling isolated. Many have job concerns which are causing disrupted sleep.Friends I have spoken to say they are actually working harder. Some say they are more productive as they are taking more breaks from their screens.Working full time, I have never spent so much time with my own children. Now we take time to go for a family walk every day - even if it is only for 20 minutes.
We have seen plenty of benefits over the years from giving our employees more flexibility to work from home. During lockdown some of our team have been uploading their fitness workouts to our company app for other team members to try.
