An inquest has heard evidence from Falaq's half-brother
A coroner said she will consider a conclusion of unlawful killing after an inquest into the death of an 11 year-old girl.
He also said in the texts 'it was the heat of the moment' and 'I didn't know it's gonna knock her out', senior coroner Joanne Kearsley was told. 'Parental consent' to interview the two other siblings wasn't given by the family despite repeated requests, the inquest was told. Dr Lumb also referenced 'ruptured vascular pathology along the course of the left posterior inferior cerebellar artery'. Dr Daniel Du Plessis, a consultant neuropathologist, said it was a 'complicated case' and Falaq suffered a bleed inside her brain.
