The character, played by Alison King, will be caught out by Betsy Swain in upcoming ITV soap scenes
Carla Connor may have just met her match as Betsy Swain comes to disrupt her life in Coronation Street . The teen will start her work experience in upcoming scenes after it was revealed she is the daughter of DS Lisa Swain.

Unbeknownst to Carla, Betsy clocks the incident from across the street. Later Betsy returns to work and reveals to Carla that she saw her knock the lad off his bike and if she gives her a summer job, she won’t report her to the police.
