The Coronation Street star has lost a whopping two stone
Colson Smith has given fans a rundown of what his workouts entail after losing a whopping two stone in lockdown amid the coronavirus pandemic.
The star then moved on to the weighted ball, lifting it into the air before slamming down onto the ground with all his strength. Colson repeated the same set over again to ensure all of his muscles were pumping. Recently the star took to his social media to show off his slimmed-down physique as he donned a light grey tracksuit. He also shared a photo of himself standing outside after having been on a run in the sweltering heat.
