Coronation Street spoilers have revealed Ed Bailey will try his best to keep the truth about his gambling a secret despite his son, Michael Bailey, being arrested.
As a result of his innocent part in the theft, Micheal was sacked from his job at Underworld and asked his dad, Ed, and uncle Ronnie, for the £1,000 he invested in their business back. Once he answered the questions, Michael opened his bag and was stunned to find the cash inside. DS Swain was quick to notice it and demanded to know where it had come from.
Ed has told him that a friend lent him the money, but Ronnie suspects that he has been gambling again.
