Coronation Street star Jane Danson may be in a 'rival' soap but she seems very much interested in what's set to come in Emmerdale . The actress is famed for playing Leanne Battersby in the ITV soap having joined back in 1997.
Recently, Corrie fans have seen Leanne not supporting Toyah following the reveal of her tragic baby secret as she becomes swept up by newcomer Rown and 'The Institue'. But not too far from Weatherfield is the Dales and Emmerdale fans have recently been teased with a huge episode. In the episode, airing on Tuesday, May 7, viewers will watch Tom and his wife Belle host a dramatic dinner party that ends with the guests leaving after married couple Rhona and Marlon come to blows.
Sharing the news on social media, Emmerdale star Lisa Riley, who plays Mandy Dingle in the show, said: "THIS UPCOMING EPISODE Tuesday 7th May @emmerdale is one not to be missed. The performances from @misszoehenry @markcharnock @swedentd @justjimmychasing are truly AMAZING."
