Who is Tommy Harris? Character Tommy Harris arrived on the cobbles with his family, wife Angela and their two children, Craig and Katy back in 2002 opting for a change of scenery to escape their troubled past. But things began to take a dramatic turn when Tommy was shot in the arm as he defended his daughter Katy from the Morgan brothers .
This caused a huge rift between the family, so much so that Tommy's son Craig tampered with the brakes of Martin's car, nearly killing him and Katy.
