Coronation Street star Sally Dynevor has been branded 'wonderful' by another famous face as they found themselves sitting next to one another on a long train journey.
He shared a smiling snap of the pair on the Avanti West Coast train on both Instagram and X, formerly know as Twitter, and said: "On the train today I found myself sitting next to Sally Dynevor, a remarkable actress and human being whose work I have enjoyed - along with the rest of the nation - for so many years. We chatted for nearly three hours about our work and our lives.
He later responded to a X user who suggested he wasn't telling the truth about the length of their train journey as they shared with him a screenshot of the 7.13am London Euston to Manchester Piccadilly train that said takes two hours and six minutes. He replied: "Ha! No we were on the 10.15 which was delayed xxxx."
