Coronation Street actress Brooke Vincent has opened up about feeling 'mum guilt' during a recent episode of reality series Drama Queens, in which her son fell ill
Brooke Vincent has opened up about the 'mum guilt' she sometimes feels when leaving her son at home to head to work. The Coronation Street star, who is currently appearing in the ITV reality series Drama Queen, became emotional after her son fell ill while she was heading to a photoshoot.
In a preview clip of an upcoming Drama Queens episode, Brooke becomes tearful when she receives a call from her mum telling her that one of her sons. In a later scene she reflects on her emotional outburst, explaining: "At that point, I was like instantly overwhelmed. It makes me upset because I think… I get such mum guilt. It is really rubbish. Ultimately there is nothing really that I could have done to predict he was going to be poorly."
Although she has returned to the limelight with Drama Queens, Brooke has shared that she has no plans to return to Corrie, in part due to taking care of her sons.
