Corrie star Ellie Leach looks a world away from cobbles as she draws gasps at Grand National weekend
She has been part of some of the most emotional storylines on the cobbles since joined Coronation Street back in 2011, and Ellie Leach looked a far cry from all the drama in Weatherfield at Aintree Ladies' Day. Ellie, who plays Faye Windass in the ITV soap, beamed as she turned heads at Grand National weekend looking pretty in pink.
Her fellow Corrie star cousin Brooke Vincent, who played Sophie Webster, replied with a stream of heart emojis and Lucy Fallon, who played Bethany Platt, exclaimed: "Girrrrrlieeeeeee."Sacha Parkinson, who played Sian Powers in the show, shouted: "Oh Elllleeeee you look STUNNING!" dorathyandj praised: "Wow princess vibes." Kellywindridge asked: "Omg where is that outfit from ?? you look beautiful x" And Olivia Thorn gasped: "Oh my Ellie.
Instagram Now Faye, who is reportedly leaving the show this summer, is wrestling with her emotions after the daughter she gave up so could start a new life in Canada with her dad, came back into her life. Faye was just 12 when she found out that she was pregnant with Jackson Hodge, who was a year above her at Weatherfield High School, and she gave birth to Miley in 2015.
Last year Faye was knocked sideways by devastating news as she went to see her GP. Faye had an appointment with Dr Susan Gaddass over concerns about her irregular periods which she had put down to stress.
