El juez Jeremy Poon escribió que el compositor de la canción esperaba que ésta fuese un “arma” y que en eso se había convertido, apuntando su poder para despertar emociones entre algunos residentes. “Aceptamos la valoración del ejecutivo de que los procesamientos, por sí solos, son claramente insuficientes para atajar los graves problemas delictivos, y de que existe una necesidad imperiosa para una orden judicial', añadió.
