The kitchen scales link with an app on your phone via Bluetooth , then display all the nutrients that make up what you are weighing.
So, the scales will not only show you how heavy the food is but also how many calories are in it as well as what vitamins and minerals it contains, how much fiber, water, and other key facts. It will also link to VeSync air fryers to integrate your cooking instructions. The scale allows users to monitor 19 essential nutrients and is compatible with Apple Health and Fitbit. The scale generates detailed nutrition reports—daily, weekly, or monthly—allowing users to monitor dietary trends. It is backed by Nutritionix, the world's largest verified nutrition database featuring nearly one million food items. You can either scan barcodes or enter the food you are weighing manually to find the details. The scale's large LCD display shows up to 12 key nutrition facts such as calories and macronutrients, and users can access detailed nutritional analysis via the VeSync app on their phones.One Amazon user said: 'I like that the scales run on AAA batteries rather than a coin cell, means I can use rechargeable batteries.
