Home Alone: McCallister Household - £4,144,000 The iconic Illinois house, defended by Kevin McCallister from burglars during the festive season in Home Alone, is currently on the market for over four million pounds, equivalent to $5,250,000. Elf: Walter Hobbs' Apartment - £2,404,000 No festive compilation would be complete without the much-loved comedy Elf, starring Will Ferrell as the lovable Buddy. The New York apartment belonging to Buddy's father, Walter Hobbs, is nestled in the sought-after 55 Central Park West blocks and carries a hefty price tag.
Love Actually: Natalie's House - £949,000 The much-loved romantic comedy makes another appearance on this list. Natalie's terraced house, situated in what is referred to as the 'dodgy end of Wandsworth,' also carries a significant price tag. The Holiday: Rosehill Cottage - £765,000 While the Californian mansion featured in The Holiday is worth over nine million pounds, the other home central to the plot would now cost you £765,000.
