The “disgusting” graffiti previously marring the walls of Lincoln city centre’s pedestrian underpass has been cleaned up by Lincolnshire County Council.sprayed onto the wallsThe wall had become a canvas for spray painted words including ‘Spicy’, and others which were not as legible.
Pedestrians who use the underpass previously described the graffiti as “disgusting” and action has now been taken.brought the latest graffiti to the county council’s attention two weeks ago, they committed to addressing the issue “promptly so that the people of Lincolnshire aren’t subjected to this sort of anti-social behaviour.”
