The council approves two 18 month contracts for ads on buses, bus stops and at news agents
A councillor has questioned Belfast Council spending £280,000 on advertising billboards and posters over the next year and a half.

I don’t think someone sees something on a billboard and says “thanks for reminding me.” I think we need to get into a space to challenge these contracts, where we ask if there is a better way of achieving what we want to achieve.
