Countryfile's Adam Henson was back on screens hosting a special lambing season episode on BBC One at the weekend, giving viewers an intimate look at life on his Cotswolds farm.
Off-screen, however, Adam has faced personal challenges. He married his partner Charlie in secret during the Covid-19 pandemic due to her heartbreaking health diagnosis. She knew the odds were against her, stating, "I knew that this type of cancer had a very low survival rate just five per cent." When asked about their marriage, it was revealed that the tough diagnosis prompted Charlie to express her desire for them to wed.
