A cruel couple have been banned from keeping animals after they were convicted of causing horrific suffering to their pet dog.Fifi, a nine-year-old male Shih-Tzu rescue dog was found by the RSPCA with an infestation of thousands of fleas, badly matted fur, and skin and eye problems, reports Grimsby Live.They've also been banned from seeing their grandchildren by their family.
